Description
When editing an invoice, it's impossible to see what line items are attached to a service and which are not.
The simplest solution may be to add a column at the end of the invoice table after Options, and display an icon for items that are linked to a service. fa-cog (http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icon/cog/) seems appropriate. A tool-tip or alt text that says what service it's attached to would be a good addition.
