Billing Overview: Graphs may not load

          Description

          In Chrome, sometimes graphs do not load for the System Overview and Billing Overview widgets.

          There is a console error regarding /vendors/nvd3/....map file not loading. This file does not exist, and may not need to exist.

          We should double check the build to ensure the files are being set properly, and make sure they are not apart of the core.
