Description
When accessing the root of a new Blesta installation after uploading the files, it use to redirect the user to ~/install or ~/install.php but as of v4, this no longer happens.
Instead, the user should be redirected to the installer if Blesta is not already installed. I believe this is determined on the basis of whether ~/config/blesta.php exists.
