Description
The coupon option for choosing whether assigned packages need to be 'inclusive' or 'exclusive' has not worked right, as the 'inclusive' option has not been implemented. Remove the option so that all coupons are effectively 'exclusive'.
- Remove the field from the database
- Remove the field from adding/editing a coupon
- Remove the exclusive/inclusive checks everywhere else in all source
