Add coupon field for internal use only

          Description

          Add a new coupon field whether to enable it for 'Internal Use Only'. This will allow the coupon to be observed as unusable outside of the current implementation in the staff interface, i.e., any plugins (e.g. Order plugin) that use coupons should check this field and not allow the coupon to be used.
