Order: Set coupon tag on each service in Order Received email

          Description

          The Order Received email template contains an array of services. If the service has a coupon, the coupon object should be attached to the service as a tag, e.g.

          {service.coupon.code}

          Be sure to update the documentation to add the new tag.
