On the staff ticket overview page as part of the Support Manager, Support > Tickets, add a new column after Ticket Number called "Client". Display the following:
If linked to a client account, and a company name exists, show the company name. If no company name exists, show the client's First and Last name (primary contact).
If it's not attached to a client account, then show the email address instead.
I wonder if this results in too many columns. If so, we may want to combine ticket Number and Summary by removing the Ticket Number column, and placing the ticket number within the contents of the Summary, in front of the summary text. For example:
1521312 - My ticket summary here
The Ticket ID, and perhaps the entire summary would link to the ticket..
