Client cannot update account or contacts when requiring Title field

          Description

          This is caused by CORE-2377. Requiring the optional field Title to be required leads to this issue.

          When logged in as a client, or an admin logged in as a client, attempting to edit any client information (i.e., Contact Information, Billing Information, Additional Settings, Authentication) causes an error: "Please enter a title." This also occurs when creating or updating a contact. The 'title' field is not available in the client interface.

          We should consider adding the Title field into the client interface when

          • Creating a Contact
          • Updating a Contact
          • Updating the client information
