Description
The Support > Tickets nav link in the client interface redirects to the login page. We should consider redirecting this to support_manager/client_tickets/add, or have some kind of solution for nonregister user to be able to use the nav.

I think you'd want to redirect to the department listing /client_tickets/departments in that case.
