Only flush cron output buffer if there is one

      Description

      The cron makes a call to ob_flush(), but as mentioned in this thread:
      https://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/10503-cron-ob_flush-failed-to-flush-buffer/

      ..the buffer may not be set. You should be able to flush the buffer conditionally on whether any data is set to it, e.g.

      if (ob_get_contents()) {
          @ob_flush();
      }
