Description
See https://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/10709-manually-adding-service-renewal-date-bug/
When creating a service that is prorated such that it prorates after the cutoff day (i.e. until the next month and then a full term), the service renew date is not the prorate date + full term, but just the prorate date to the next month.
Ex:
Today: November 14, 2017
Prorate to 1st of the month
Prorate cutoff 5th of the month
Service term 5 months
expectation: Prorated until December 1, 2017, then add 5 months to May 1, 2018, and get a service renew date of May 1, 2018. This behavior occurs if a service is invoiced.
reality: Service renew date is December 1, 2017, missing the full term of 5 months
