Description
http://www.x-rates.com/calculator/ is an exchange rate processor that can be scraped for exchange rates. We can add this as an exchange rate processor to Blesta similar to existing exchange rate processors that operate on scraping a website (e.g. Google).
Add this exchange rate processor as "X Rates". Use the GET parameters from, to, and amount to retrieve the exchange rate and then parse the rate from the page.
