Description
This exchange rate processor requires signup and a monthly payment (unless using the free version). We can integrate this but require an API key (or whatever credentials they require) to be given.
It appears that the FREE version is limited to using USD as the base currency. In this case, we may be able to work-around this by converting the rate with respect to the configured base currency if it's not USD.
Free version supports up to 1000 API calls per month, updated hourly.
