      Description

Some exchange rates (e.g. Open Exchange Rates, Currency Layer) require signing up for their service and generating API credentials. These credentials need to be saved in Blesta and used for exchange rate requests.

      Blesta needs to support:

      1. Setting an API key in the UI when setting the exchange rate
      2. Embedding a set of fields into the view (or maybe even a partial template) to make those fields available and save them as settings
      3. Those settings then need to be made available to the exchange rate processor when fetching rates
