Description
When editing a service in the admin interface we should add a tab labeled 'Add-ons' between the 'Basic Options' tab and the module service action tabs.
The tab should contain a list of add-ons similar to an expanded row in the client profile's 'Services' widget.
In addition the 'Available Add-ons' section should be moved from the 'Basic Options' tab over to this tab.
It would be useful to also show a badge count of add-ons. If possible, show a red circle with a number (representing the total number of addons on the service) in the tab header. This would be similar to the badge count shown when collapsing a widget on the client profile page (e.g. Invoices)
