Update invoice creation to use Invoice presenter

          Description

          Once the Invoice presenter has been constructed, all areas of the system that generate an invoice or calculate totals for an invoice need to be updated to use the new Invoice presenter. Such locations are manual invoice creation and recurring invoice creation, calculating totals for invoice adds/updates, and possibly on the Order plugin (although updates to the Order plugin should be a separate task).
