Add Report.clientData event to core event system

          Description

          CORE-2689 added a Report.clientData callback for events, however, the event system is revamped in CORE-2701. As such, this event needs to also exist in the revamped event system. Any existing calls to the Report.clientData event callback now need to be updated to call the new event system version.
