Description
The "Marketing" section of the order Settings page only appears if the company has the "show_receive_email_marketing" setting set to "true". This should work differently.
- The "Marketing" section of the order Settings page should always be displayed
- Whether or not the setting appears should depend on the value of the Client Group's "show_receive_email_marketing" setting.
- Since prospective clients do not have a client group, the client group they would be created under must be used instead. This is configured on each order form as the "Default Client Group"
