Description
On the order form, when registering a new account, the client can enter their name, address, etc. All fields except the "Title" field are shown. However, if the "Title" field is a required contact field defined in the admin settings, then no one can create an account from the order form because there will always be an error to "Please enter a title."
- Update registration forms to add a "Title" field
- The form fields should appear identical to the client interface
