Description
On installation, the uploads directory is not defined under Settings > System > General. We set the logs_blesta directory, and should also set the uploads directory. Blesta ships with the uploads directory, so we may need to just look for and set the path, or perhaps the installer should try to create the directory like we do with logs_blesta.
If we create the directory, we also need to create the "1" and "system" directories. This should occur before plugins are installed as they will create their own directories within those paths.
