Multi-language invoice terms

          Description

          The Invoice terms can be set under Settings > Company > Billing/Payment > Invoice Customization. However, unlike the invoice font family, it is not configurable by language. We should move the terms to under the Font Family field, within the language tabs, so the invoice terms can be defined in each language.

          1. Update invoice terms to be definable in each language
          2. Default the current invoice terms to both:
            • English, US
            • The default language (if it differs from English, US)

          If the invoice terms are not defined in the language being used for the invoice, then no terms will be displayed.
