Description
Staff can currently BCC to several notices, however, the "Service Unsuspension" email is not one of them.
- Add the "Service Unsuspension" email to the Staff Group list of BCC notices
- Ensure staff can subscribe to this notice under their My Info page
- Ensure staff receive the email as a BCC recipient for service unsuspensions
