Invoices widget "View" button overlap in client UI

          Description

          When logged in as a client, looking at the dashboard widgets, like the Invoices widget, clicking the button group to expand more options causes the button to be hidden behind the side of the table.

          It appears this is a known issue in Bootstrap v3/4 with btn-group on table-responsive. See https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/issues/11037
