Description
Clients are unable to upgrade a service's package from the client UI due to an error:
Undefined property: stdClass::$plugins on line 1394 in \app\controllers\client_services.php
It appears that Services::get fetches a package by running it's own query, and so it does not append additional fields, like the 'plugins' property. We should make sure the plugins information is included in ClientServices, and may want to also consider updating Services (and any other locations) that fetch Packages to call Packages::get instead
