Description
The support manager ticket listing page in the admin UI automatically refreshes every 30 seconds. However, when sorting by a column, the tickets will still automatically refresh and sort by the last reply date.
- When changing the sort options, auto-refresh should be disabled.
- It may be useful to re-enable it if sorting returns to the last reply date ordered by most recent
