Support Manager: Images in replies may overflow container

          Description

          When a client views a ticket that has an embedded image in it, i.e., one that is loaded from a separate URL (not an attachment), then the image is displayed at it's full dimensions, which may be larger than the container. The image is also not responsive when changing the size of the browser.

          1. Update the client UI when viewing ticket replies to ensure that embedded IMG tags have a "max-width: 100%" CSS rule set
