      Description

Update Blesta to use phpseclib/phpseclib from CORE-2892 instead of the current library under /vendors/phpseclib.

The new library under /vendors/phpseclib/phpseclib/ is namespaced and should be used from the namespace.

Some things to test for this task:

          • Things can be encrypted/decrypted as expected
          • Users can create/change passwords and log in
          • sFTP backups work
          • License validates
          • Upgrading from v4.1 to v4.5 works successfully and the staff widgets are set correctly (this was done in v4.2.0)
          • Installing v4.5 successfully creates a random system key
