Description
It's possible to set a special header so that all emails sent from Blesta go to a specific mailbox. This mailbox can be checked via IMAP/POP similar to tickets. Then, the bounced emails can be parsed and processed to accomplish the following:
- Maintain a list of hard/soft bounces
- Use the list to determine whether we should skip delivery to an email address
- Display a notice in the client area and admin profile to indicate email addresses that are bouncing that are associated with the client, and ask clients to update their email
