Description
When adding a service as a staff member, you can choose to append to an existing invoice. Existing invoices only include Active invoices, but it may be necessary to append to Pending invoices, that is, invoices with a future bill date. This is particularly useful if I don't want an invoice to go out yet and have many services to add to the client that I want to be on the same future billed invoice.
So, let's allow Active and Pending invoices to be selected for appending line items to when adding a service as a staff member.
