Description
When a plugin is upgraded, only that particular plugin is upgraded as installed for the company it is upgraded for. If the plugin is installed for additional companies, the plugin's events/actions are not updated for those additional companies.
- Update plugin events/actions to be updated for all companies if upgraded for one
- This will keep them more consistent
