cWatch: Update malware FTP check

          Description

          In the admin interface when managing a cWatch service there is a 'Malware Control' tab. On this tab you can enter FTP credentials to associate with any domain that is currently attached to
          one of the licenses on the service. On this page there is a 'Test These Credentials' button.

          The library we use to test FTP credentials only supports SFTP, so even if the ftp credentials are correct the library will fail to connect. We should find another library that supports regular FTP to supplement or replace the current library.
