Description
When editing a service through the admin interface, under the section labeled "Upgrade/Downgrade" we see a total box the shows how much select changes with charge. We should have a similar box for the section labeled "Actions", because changing the renew date will create an invoice or credit. This should only be displayed only when the "Change Renew Date" option is selected.
