Description
The payment page at client/pay/confirm/ is used by nonmerchant gateways to redirect the user to the website of this payment processor. Some do this by allowing a form to be submitted on the page which creates a payment request via an api then redirects the user to to a returned payment link. This payment request creation does not always work, so we should show any errors that occur in the process.
