Show package renew price below/near price

          Description

          With the addition of package renew prices, the order form needs to be updated to indicate that the package will renew at a different price. Let's take a look and discuss best placement/design for this, but I'm thinking that we show in a smaller font below pricing a line that says:

          "Renews at $14.95/mo"

          We can either show that always, or we can show that only if there is a renew price defined. Some may prefer that we show it always. Open for discussion.
