Display renew price on addon service term

        Details

          Description

          Add-on services are shown under the "Services" widget in the admin and client UI by clicking the parent service's table row. The parent service has a column "Term" that lists the term, period, and renew price (e.g. "1 Month @ $15.25"), however, the add-on service has a column "Term" but only includes the term and period (e.g. "1 Month"). Update the add-on service table to include the renew price.

          1. Update the service widgets in the admin and client UI on the client profile page
          2. Add the renew price in the "Term" column for add-on services, similar to the parent service
          3. Add the renew price in the "Term" column for services under Billing > Services

            We may also want to update the Billing > Services page to list the renewal price as well
