Order: Remove Standard template arrow icons from summary

          Description

          On the Standard order template, the "Summary" box shows nested options (e.g. config options) with a font-awesome arrow icon. A similar arrow icon is already used on the line item itself, so there are 2 icons shown. Remove the font-awesome icon.
