Old override price still in effect during client upgrades

          Description

          In the client UI, clients can upgrade their service package, term, or config options. If there is an override price set on the service, it is currently being set on the new upgraded package/term. Instead, the override price should be removed. The old service override price should be used for calculating pricing, but the new service should not have an override price set during the upgrade.
