System Overview: Remove unnecessary white-space in HTML tooltips

          Description

          On the System Overview widget, the tooltip when hovering over recent logged-in users now displays a lot of white-space because of an update to the CSS in CORE-2963. Update the HTML to make this look better with the new styles.
