Someone reported this issue @ https://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/12922-admin-side-upgradedowngrade-service/
The "client_prorate_credits" setting appears to be referenced as if it exists, but it is not saved as a setting by default in any of the upgrades. Therefore, unless an admin manually saved the setting on its page it will not be defined when it is used on AdminClients::editService for upgrading a package.
