Description
Currently, when creating a service we display the line item as "package_name (start_date - end_date)", and after it is created we display it as "package_name - service_name (start_date - end_date)".
The service name is actually sometimes available when creating a service. When that is the case we should have the pricing presenter display the "package_name - service_name (start_date - end_date)" format.
