Blank package option values may be set as the default option

          Description

          When adding/editing a config option, the option may erroneously appear selected by default if the following criteria are met:

          • the option is of the type "Radio" or "Checkbox"
          • the option value is blank, i.e. an empty string ("")
          • no option value is selected as the Default

          In that case, the option with the empty value will appear checked by default on the:

          • order form
          • admin UI when adding/updating a service
          • client UI when adding/updating a service
