Pagseguro: stop submitting phone number

          Description

          Pagseguro will fail if a phone number is submitted that they deem to be invalid. They will return the following in the logs:

          /index.php/client/pay/confirm/
          a:1:

          {i:0;s:45:"11014: senderPhone is invalid value: 12891972451";}

          But if the phone number is not submitted at all, then it's not an issue.
