Description
Add a product tour to Blesta so that on initial login the user is walked through a simple tour to show them where things are located.
There are libraries to help with that, one library is hopscotch, see https://github.com/LinkedInAttic/hopscotch however this library is no longer maintained. There may be a more suitable one available.
It should be able to add tooltips to point to different areas on a page, and also when clicking next through the tooltips take the user to other pages within Blesta.
If possible, the product tour should be implemented as a plugin in Blesta. While geared toward staff initially, we may also want to add a tour to the client interface that clients will see when they first log in.
