Description
To close a ticket you must select the status "Closed" and click the button "Update Ticket". That's too many steps, we can add another red button to the left of the "Update Ticket" button that says "Update and Close Ticket" or similar.
Make note of the tab order, we don't want it to use this button by default, should default to "Update Ticket"
In the client UI we have "Reply" and "Close" buttons. The "Close" button will both reply and close the ticket.
In the admin UI we have "Update Ticket". We could change this to mirror the client UI and have it read "Reply" and then add a button "Close" that will reply and close the ticket.
