Description
Create a shared hosting module for apnscp (https://apnscp.com/) with the standard features of other similar shared hosting panels.

It looks like the module uses SOAP to parse XML. Ideally, we would prefer to use SimpleXML since that is a recommended requirement of Blesta for use by extensions that make API requests like this one instead of a more desirable format like JSON.
