Update Module to translate config description

          Description

          Moduleshave a config.json file that may have a description. This description is not currently parsed, but the name is. We need to add a method to the module abstract class to retrieve the description and translate it. Additionally, anywhere in Blesta where the module's description is used (e.g. at least on the module listing page) needs to be updated to call this new method.
