          Description

          1. Update the Offline configuration file. All attributes should be set, and the methods in the gateway that the config file replaces should be removed.
          2. Also set a translated description in the config.
          3. This is a great time to add/update the README for the gateway
            • Set a table description in the README of what versions of Blesta work for what versions of the gateway (e.g. like Vesta)
