[CORE-3506] Allow additional setting overrides on client creation - Blesta

Details

When a client is created via Clients::create, some client settings can be overridden.

We need to add the ability to override a couple additional settings, namely, the "payments_allowed_ach" and "payments_allowed_cc" company settings.
