Order: Affiliate models

          Description

          Create models for each of the new database tables. Each model should include CRUD functionality. We should create the following models:

          • OrderAffiliates
          • OrderAffiliateSettings
          • OrderAffiliateCompanySettings
          • OrderAffiliateReferrals
          • OrderAffiliatePayouts
          • OrderAffiliatePaymentMethods

          Make sure to create appropriate validation rules for each of these.
