Description
Whenever a client attempts to add a new service from the client UI, such as an add-on service, it should respect the package's client limit. If adding the service would cause the client limit to be exceeded, the client should be unable to create the service. An error message or notice should appear. Any button to add a service that does not pass the client limit should also be disabled.
